About me

I’m Lauren - a somatic healer, mentor, and facilitator for those who feel the pull to come home to themselves.

My work is rooted in helping you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and build a foundation of safety within, so you can move through life with clarity, self-trust, and grounded power.

Elemental being

I came to this work through my own journey of disconnection and return.

I lived most of my life in my head, shaped by conditioning, external expectations, and a nervous system that was constantly trying to keep me safe. It showed up as overthinking, people-pleasing, and a deep disconnection from my body. I was disconnected from my truth.

Eight years ago, a mentor invited me to go inward. From that place, a transformational shift evolved through therapy, somatic work, meditation, breathwork, and deep self-inquiry. I started to return to myself.

Alongside this, I felt a strong pull back to the land and the natural world, to slow down, to listen, and to remember a more innate way of being. Through this connection, I came to understand the body as part of nature, not separate from it, designed for rhythm, regulation, and homeostasis.

My work now weaves both the tangible and the unseen, the elements within the body and the elements of the earth. I work with the intelligence of the body, the nervous system, and the energetic field, as well as the subtle currents that move through land, space, and human experience.

In my sessions, I often work beyond words, guiding you through felt sense, intuitive insight, and energetic shifts that support release and recalibration at a deeper, cellular level.

I learned how to listen to my body, regulate my nervous system, and build a sense of safety within myself that wasn’t dependent on anything outside of me.

This work changed the way I live, relate, and show up. And it’s from this lived experience that I now hold space for others, guiding them back to their body, their truth, and their own natural state of balance.

This isn’t just something I’ve learned, it’s something I’ve lived, and it’s from that place that I guide others home.
